Data management

A data project always begins with an engineering stage: collection, cleaning and transformation. I retrieve data from various sources (database, Excel files, csv files, etc.), and reshape them to simplify future analyses. I clean data sets, create repeatable workflows and then automate reporting. The objective is to collect and analyze relevant data through data mining, to subsequently extract crucial information according to the project's objectives.

Data Analysis & Visualization

A data analysis process includes several steps. First, data exploration, followed by the application of statistical methods and the development of reproducible analyses. I am able to spot patterns, significant trends and critical insights within data, which allows me to make actionable recommendations. Additionally, I design and produce compelling data visualizations for effective communication of results. My specialization allows me to apply different statistical methods to extract relevant information from your dataset.

Machine Learning & AI

Machine Learning is the development of predictive algorithms that exploit historical data to understand and model different systems, whether physical, biological or sociological. I advise my clients on appropriate machine learning approaches to solve their specific problems. I also provide them with my expertise in model selection, evaluation and deployment. My role includes creating machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, etc.) to predict future outcomes or trends, and bringing the algorithm to production. In addition, I propose the implementation of maintenance contracts to ensure the monitoring and ongoing maintenance of the solutions developed.

Predictive maintenance & Quality

Identifying and anticipating potential failures of my machines is crucial to ensure the continuity of my industrial operations. Analyzing past failures provides in-depth understanding of failures and uncovers specific patterns based on production conditions. By determining optimal operating conditions, I can guarantee maximum performance from your equipment. In addition, it is possible to estimate the remaining lifespan and long-term evolution of your equipment, in order to optimize the management of the equipment fleet and strategically plan future investments. By identifying the equipment most susceptible to wear, I can implement targeted preventative measures to extend its lifespan and avoid costly production interruptions.

Time Series Analysis & Anomaly detection

Time series analysis allows you to design models for classification, clustering, prediction and anomaly detection. I am able to develop models providing real-time insights into future results or identifying operational irregularities, thus contributing to informed decision-making processes and increased operational efficiency. The quality of a part in production can be predicted, enabling rapid decision-making on the production line. By using advanced analysis methods, I can predict the risk of breakdown, which allows teams to be quickly mobilized to carry out the necessary repairs.
